“Hey Andrea. It’s spring break. What are you up to on your time off?”

Homework, obviously. 18 years of my 23 year existence have been in school – I know of nothing else. If I have to work on this stuff on my time off, I will subject everyone else to it. Here’s part of a section for the Spanish speaking child I have to analyze for grammatical issues (also analyzing an African American English (AAE) speaking child). Sad thing is that it’s actually sort of fun, getting to investigate what’s a disorder and what’s just a language difference.

I think I need a life.

That’s awesome, actually. I love the instructions; I want to apply them to memos.

And having a life is overrated; I did it for years and years; I don’t miss it, really.
