Leaving for Romania tomorrow. It’s going to be a 4 week trip and I’m preparing the best way I know – bring an ass-ton of books and dresses, my laptop, ipod and passport.

  2. The Almond Picker by Simonetta Agnello Hornby
  3. The Magicians by Lev Grossman
  4. The Lazarus Project by Aleksandar Hemon
  5. The Sociopath Next Door by Martha Stout
  6. How to Paint a Dead Man by Sarah Hall
  7. If You Follow Me by Malena Watrous
  8. When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead
  9. Little Bee by Chris Cleave
  10. Home by Marilynne Robinson
  11. A Gate At the Stairs by Lorrie Moore
  12. The Opposite Field by Jesse Katz

My name is Andrea, and I'm a 23 year old Southern California girl and a newly minted Speech-Language Pathologist. When I’m not high-fiving 8-year-olds for finally producing a good /r/ sound, I fill my time with Peter Gabriel, Ayn Rand, Phil Hendrie, bicycles, Korean stationery, movie marathon nights, and baking.
